Low Carb Pancake Mix
used to weight 130 pounds before i had my first son. During my pregnancy i wasnt a pig with food but i was totally lazy. I was 222 pounds during pregnancy and when i had my precious bundle i went to 219. Then i finally decided…”hey, i should probably excercise”. I made it to 216. Stopped and stayed there until my back and hips and everything else was in too much pain and i went on a few diets and made it to 200 pounds in about 2 or 3 weeks . Well i still excercise but now i am back up to 220 pounds.I decided i should today become really dedicated to my weight. My body isn’t liking the extra extra EXTRA weight and fat on it too much. Its painful. VERY painful. all day everyday. screw emotions!!!! My hips and legs are SCREAMING in agony. Its hard to sleep because i am always in pain. I mean my legs would always hurt in this same way since i was young (then i was just a skinny…but non skeleton… large boobed person) but they never hurt EVERYDAY!!! It was every blue moon they would hurt but now…..OH MY, this is continuous and to top it off my hips and back aren’t helping… Now i use low carb pancake mix for diet.
